Who is Katie Kime?
Launched in Austin, Texas in 2013, Katie Kime is a bold, print-based lifestyle brand inspired by Katie's own spirited approach to dressing both herself and her home. Her singular style - think preppy chic goes globe-trotting - is noted for southern sensibility with global influences. Traditional wares meet colorful, modern prints. Optimistic, bright and often unexpected.
What size are the samples and how do I order them?
We offer samples for all of our wallpapers and fabrics. Samples are standard size 8x10". We highly recommend purchasing a sample prior to ordering so that you can see our color vibrancy and print quality. To do so simply choose the sample option from the dropdown on each product page.
How do I select my peel & stick size?
Please select the height you will need for your ceilings. From there, you need to know how many sheets you'll need for your wall width. There will be a 1/4" overlap at the seams.
Why does my order take so long?
All of our wallpaper and fabric is printed to order. We do not stock items or have "dye lots".
I just placed an order, but I need to change the shipping address. How do I do that?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will update your order!
I am ordering several items that need to be shipped to different shipping addresses. How do I indicate that?
As of right now, we are only able to accept one shipping address per order. If you need items to ship to different addresses, it would be best to place them as separate orders.
How can I sell Katie Kime products in my boutique/store?
Thank you for your interest! You can shop wholesale with us here: https://www.katiekime.com/pages/wholesale
Can I cancel my order?
This will depend on the status of your order. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply.
Where do you stand on exchanges or refunds?
All wallpaper and fabric is made to order, thus returns or exchanges are not allowed.
What does pattern repeat mean?
Pattern repeat measures the design on your wallpaper. It is the vertical distance between one point in the pattern and where that identical point appears again. Pattern repeats can vary in size and are important to keep in mind when deciding how much wallpaper to order.
