Production
All of our wallpaper and fabric is printed to order. We do not have "dye lots" or pre-printed products. We cannot guarantee a match to an existing (already printed order).- Wallpaper/Stair Risers/Peel and Stick- 4-6 weeks
- Fabric- 3-4 weeks
Once your item has been shipped, please allow 2-3 business days for tracking to update. If you have any questions or concerns, please email designer@katiekime.com. Katie Kime shipping policies are subject to change and may be revoked at any time. Katie Kime reserves the right to charge shipping on orders that do not follow this policy.
Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges (unless defective)
Wallpaper and fabric is not eligible for returns or exchanges as everything is printed order. Please inspect your order and report any damages or defects within 14 days of arrival.
Do not install damaged wallpaper. If the product is damaged or defective, we will be happy to replace it for you but cannot replace already installed paper.
Damages/Defects
If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at designer@katiekime.com within 14 days of arrival. Please include your order # and pictures of the product.
